Established in 2008…

It all began in May of 2008. Curbside started out offering simple yet delicious coffees, lattes, and bagels. I was seven days out of undergrad and had no idea what I was in for. I realized that there was a great opportunity to begin to prepare thoughtful and fun foods and drinks and expand our offerings. The days, weeks, and months went by and little by little things began to fall into place. We remodeled the shop to accommodate additional equipment, prep space, people, and supplies. Since the early days, the shop is a totally different place! When space opened up in our plaza we jumped at the opportunity to further expand Curbside. We added a full kitchen prep space and pantry in our new increased prep area. We now serve hundreds of people daily and I love my work and what Curbside has evolved into.

In spring of 2023 Curbside was able to purchase the building and side property at 1101 Powers Run Road. It took 5 months of love and hard work to get it up to speed and make it our own. I will forever be grateful that we were able to operate our Blawnox location while we built out the new spot. We moved all the equipment up the hill in late September and hit the ground running.
